Born and raised in India, my journey with yoga began under the nurturing guidance of my mother, whose dedicated practice and holistic approach deeply influenced me. From her, I learned the importance of unifying mind, body, and breath to attain inner stillness. Personally drawn to an athletic practice, I discovered that focusing on the breath amidst physical exertion brought me a profound sense of peace. However, what truly enriched my practice was the incorporation of inward reflection and self-awareness. My teaching style encompasses a blend of Vinyasa flow, power flows, Ashtanga Yoga, and Rocket Yoga, intertwining dynamic movement with moments of inward focus. I thrive on crafting creative sequences that challenge and invigorate, all while maintaining a steadfast commitment to the unity of mind, body, and breath. Yoga has been instrumental in my healing journey, both mentally and physically, aiding me in overcoming past traumas. Now, my purpose is to share the transformative benefits of yoga with others. In my classes, you'll experience a fusion of traditional yoga poses and innovative sequences designed to expand boundaries while nurturing inner tranquility.
