Tsha (she/her)

I am a former professional dancer turned yogi. I started yoga as a dancer to help stay flexible and heal my body, but soon experienced so many benefits beyond that. My mind became more focused and most of all, yoga helped me move through childhood trauma. I’m an E-RYT 500hr teacher, YACEP continuing education provider, trauma informed teacher and I’m ACE certified. I have been in a dance or yoga studio most of my life and know first hand how mindful movement can change and heal from the inside out. My passion is teaching and I can't think of a better job than to help people feel better in their bodies and in the world. Yoga is my go-to when I need to feel strong, when I need to soften, listen to my body, and quiet my mind. I’ve come to know that the practice of yoga is one big question: an invitation to be curious, to play, to investigate, to celebrate your body. Yoga is your breath. Yoga is life. Yoga is a call to action to be with yourself in the most loving way.
