I am a 200-hour certified iya Well Non-performative Yoga® Instructor and meditation practitioner. Since becoming certified by iya® in 2021, I have sought to hold space for others through nurturing rest and ease through yoga and meditation, in-person and virtually. In 2023, I became a 50-hour certified Yoga Nidra Guide by Ashe Yoga, enhancing my commitment to sharing radical rest practices for supportive liberation and inner peace across all lived experiences.

Additionally, I am a certified diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practitioner dedicated to equity-based wellness practices with an intersectional and anti-racist lens. My background as a DEI professional has empowered me to integrate inclusive, social justice principles into wellness and yogic practices. Through trauma-informed, non-performative yoga, yoga nidra, breathwork, and meditation, I seek to cultivate collective well-being and rest to honor the values and needs of all communities.

When teaching, I guide folks through breathwork, meditation, and movement with modifications that encourage safety in and awareness of the body. In a class with me, you will practice a blend of non-performative gentle, restorative, or yin yoga postures and meditation to cultivate ease and rest in the body, both on and off of the mat.
