Marin (she/her)

I was invited to try yoga by a dear friend who had her life changed by it - little did I know it would change mine, too! As a former dancer, I was immediately drawn to the fluidity, the music, and the connection between mind, body and breath. My time on my mat became my time to "get lost" in who I am, where I am. Practicing yoga taught me to love my body, completing my yoga teaching certifications taught me to appreciate the human spirit, and teaching yoga taught me the power of my voice. I like to keep my classes thematic, refreshing and inviting. I especially love to see my students grow in their practice- especially those who “never saw themselves as yogis”.
