I discovered yoga through athletics when I was recommended to try it to help with my injuries from volleyball. I immediately fell in love with the practice and quickly decided I wanted to take the path of becoming a teacher so that I can share the practice with others. I have completed 2 separate 200 hour teacher trainings. Yoga has changed my life and I feel honored to share my practice and learnings with my students everyday. I previously taught yin, power, vinyasa and hatha classes, and will continue to bring a grounded and nourishing space to each class. I find joy in seeing my students improve with their practice from before they come into, to when they leave my class! I believe it is so important to try out different classes and teachers to see what best suits each of us.
